Whether this is your first time riding or you’ve loved Test Track for years, now is the perfect time to go. The ride will feel brand new.

What’s New on Test Track at EPCOT?

Disney Imagineers have given this ride an upgrade that’s all about technology, innovation, and excitement. Here’s what’s waiting for you:

A brand-new musical soundtrack that makes your ride feel like a high-tech action movie.
Immersive scenes with more than 29,000 lights to show you what a car “sees” through sensors and data.
Next-level car tech that gives you a look at the future of driving.

This new version still brings the thrill of the high-speed loop, but now it’s wrapped in a powerful story about how cars are evolving. It’s a perfect mix of learning and fun!

Early Access: Annual Passholder Preview Dates

As part of V.I.PASSHOLDER Summer Days, Disney is letting Annual Passholders ride the new Test Track before it officially opens to the public.

Preview Dates:

July 13, 14, 15, 16, 18, and 19

How to Join the Preview:

Make a park reservation for EPCOT (needed for the 7 a.m. virtual queue).
Use the My Disney Experience app to join a virtual queue:
- 🕖 7:00 a.m. (EPCOT reservation required)
- 🕐 1:00 p.m. (no reservation needed — just valid park admission)
You can join once per day, and don’t need to be inside EPCOT to join at 7 a.m.

Tip: If your reservation is for another park, you must tap in at that park before heading to EPCOT, or visit EPCOT after 2 p.m. without a reservation.

Spots go fast, so be sure to plan ahead!
